Bosnia and Hercegovina, one of the republics of ex-Yugoslavia, was ravaged by war between 1992 and 1995, much of which I covered from various fronts. At the end of the war, I traveled through the war torn republic, photographing the destruction with a 4×5 view camera. In 2005, for the tenth anniversary of the Dayton Accords which brought the war to an end, I returned to some of these same places photographed ten years earlier to record the passage of time.
